Hello all,

Today is a day with a BUSY agenda, but non-cooperative weather. It’s late July/August weather — and I am feeling listless. I’m hoping that writing this post will motivate me to apply my husband’s favorite “mind over matter” principle and accomplish amazing things in the next few hours!

My ‘to do’ list is pages long. I recall reading a couple of articles recently which advise banning to do lists in favor of ‘Done!’ lists… but I’ve not gone this route. Without lists (scraps of paper with reminders abound anywhere I am around), I’m quite challenged.

I tutor students who had no experience/practice in any written language prior to learning English. They grew up without the option, so never learned the ‘crutch’ of pen and paper. Their lives are quite efficient and organized — so they are proof positive that it can be done without ‘to do’ lists…

hmmm….

reactions, anyone? [please reply with a comment]
